It is distinguished by its high content of silica and mineral salts, and by its lower concentration of iron than other clays, which explains its color. Three recipes for homemade masks with white clay
White clay anti-ageing mask
To revitalize the skin:
Mix 2 tablespoons of white clay with 1 tablespoon of sweet almond oil and another of organic carrot juice. Leave on for 15 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
White clay hair mask
For dry hair:
Simply mix a little white clay with an egg yolk, possibly a few drops of lemon or thyme essential oil in case of dandruff, and dilute the whole in mineral water until you get the desired consistency. Leave on for about 20 minutes before making a gentle shampoo.
Soothing mask
For sensitive skin:
Dilute 10 g of white clay and 30 drops of mauve extract in mineral water, apply and leave to lay for 10 minutes before rinsing.

Externally, white clay does not have any specific contraindications. Simply avoid using plastic, iron or oxidable metal utensils for your preparations.
